I live in Cinco Ranch. Gas is cheap. I drive right past Tactical and go shoot at Athena. I don't support those who don't support me. They don't sell anything or offer a service I can't buy elsewhere. So I spend my money elsewhere.

The owner is a bit of a knucklehead. I think he often says things he doesn't think out completely. I am sure Jeremy's business has been hurt by no being able to get ammo to sell, but I don't think that is all of his motivation - he is just a goofball at times!
I quit going there when I saw him demostraing a suppressed 45 pistol in a small bucket of sand on the floor of the lobby while his two small children were running around the place (old location). Discharged bullets are unpredicable objects and small children are unpredicable as well (bad combo).
I don't want the govenment hobbling gun owner rights myself, but I wonder if restricting internet sales of ammo to only licensed dealers would put a stop to the gun broker scalping that is taking place now - only half-foot serious however! It doesn't say anything about mail order. So if a company advertised on the internet, but I had to fax a copy of driver license to them and phone the order in, what would be the difference. Some online ammo sellers require proof age anyway and the only reliable way to do that is scan and email or fax a copy of drivers license (although this does not really prove your age - think about it - kids are making very convincing fake IDs to purchase booze, etc.)
The biggest issue is that often, the only place I can find certain brands and loadings of specific ammo is on line. Retail stores cannot carry everything.
The lib-tards will continue to try other avenues to get what they want in the way of gun control, in any way they can no matter how stupid, how unconstitutional, or how ineffective - it makes them feel safer, I guess???
I think two laws should be passed.
1. Manufactures could sell direct to the public by mail order or internet in case lots
2. Nationally, all sales and excise tax should be eliminated on firearms, ammunition, ammunition components, attachable accessories, hearing and eye protection, training and range fees. They don't have a poll tax on voting any more (unconstitional), why do we have one on the second amendment, or even the first amendment for that matter.

jim and pruetts has said some anti gun things in the past to make people mad.he isnt totally innocent.
