I go to my Doctors in Tyler on Wednesday and we go from there. Thanks for all the friendships and prayers. Other than Church our Forum is the most carrying place I have been. Thank you to everyone - ONCE AGAIN. Please keep my dear wife in your prayers. I believe she is closs to a nervous breakdown with all of the burdens of my illness, etc. . . God Bless and have a GREAT 4th! :patriot:
Prayers for you and Mrs. Carlson1 too. Glad to hear you are back home.

carlson1,

Just prayed for you brother, and your wife. I'm not sure where you are located, but I was thinking that, if you have something that we could help out with, those of us in the same area could each do something to help.

If you don't mind me asking, what part of the state are you in?

Just to let every know I am out of the hospital AGAIN! I had laser angioplasty done. No one wants to attempt a by pass at this time because of all of the stents and the narrow place that the new artery would have to be attached, the diabetes, and I am still a young man  I am feeling better this time around than before. If everything goes well I am will be released to be able to go back to my normal routine on the 31st :hurry: Thanks for all the prayers, PM's, and notes.

That is great news! Take the docs orders and take it easy! There will be plenty of time for shooting in August!

That's great news. As others have said, take it easy. Go out to the range with a nice .22 handgun of your choice. I can't think of much more relaxing that that.

Broke the rules today! My wife drove me to my Brother-In-Laws private gun range in East Texas this afternoon. While sitting inside our truck with the AC running I was able to shoot a few rounds down range out of the window  First time shooting since March of this year!!!!!! There is Hope!
