Reached out to the "company" I bought it from last night and they responded back this morning and they are getting me a return ticket. Not a happy person although they have been quick to respond with any questions I have.

And sure enough, I took it to the range last night and the red dot flew off on the first mag and hit me on the head

Well I got my RMA from "the company". They only need the slide so I can mail it out to them via USPS. And they said they only need it a day so fast turn around thankfully.
