IMHO, that is a lot of money for what will be essentially a range toy. You can't carry it, you can't hunt with it, you can't shoot competition with it.

The silencers are designed with that in mind. You buy the proper one for the pistol and not a generic. The P22 was a good idea as it is a fixed barrel.

I know of a guy who has a silencer and swaps it out between his Walther P-22 and S&W M&P 15-22 when at the range.
With subsonic ammo, those guns are quiet, almost like an air rifle/pistol.

Get a 22 or .223 suppressor. Cheaper to shoot and if you get the .223, you can probably use it on your 22 as well. Double the fun.
