16+1 in my XDM-40. I have been considering carrying a spare mag, but am not doing so ATM.

If I am just scooting over to the store, or my short commute to work, I might have no spare mag on me, but I always have a couple in the car. Depending which gun I am carrying I might have as few as 19 rounds total, up to 49.

I am not and have never been a LEO. My avatar is in honor of my friend, Dallas Police Sargent Michael Smith, who was murdered along with four other officers in Dallas on 7.7.2016.

Darn need for sleep. lol

I carry G27, so knew it wasn't that one. Even the G36 standard magazine holds 6.
