Does the Winchester SXT load expand after penetrating heavy clothing?

I noticed the test barrel was less than 4 inches. Ed Sanow addressed the less than stellar performance of Hydra-Shoks in weapons with barrels less than 5 inches. This was reported in the "Guns & Ammo Annual" circa 2002. So, I load the Hydra-shoks in my full size 1911's and Remington 185 grain +P Golden Sabers in my Commanders. I know there's lots of other great ammo out there. As Mas Ayoob says, "You makes your choices then you pays your money."

The latest and greatest loads are designed to do just that. Winchester SXT is one of them.
