Actually, now that I think of it...

The two guest/friends we invited to go with us are considering the PSC membership as well...

Stephanie's father and my father were long time members of PSC many years ago before they both moved on...

Thanks guys for a great time, good shooting and good eating. Hard to beat that combination.

Martha and Angel had a great time also. Angel is really shy and you guys got her to join right in.

Charles, She commented several times how much she enjoyed your instrution over mine. She's a hard nut to crack. I appreciate it.

If you decide to do it again next year I will help any way I can.

Thanks again.

I feel the same as the rest of you, good weather, good eats, shooting, seeing old friends and meeting new ones, makes for a nice day.
Thank You Lord.

I am very sad that I missed out! I was crossing the LA/TX border as CHL Forum day started, and I had gotten all of 4 hours of truck sleep while on that 40+ hour drive to NC and back, so needless to say, I couldnt make it :(

We should try and get another meeting together for some more name/face matching and friendship building. Maybe a night where we all invade a papasitos or something?

Just a thought, I want to drive down and meet up with some of you!

Sounds like y'all had fun, where's the pictures!?
I took some pics, but they are not that great. I'll post them up within the next few hours. Thanks again Mr. ElGato on the valuable instructions for my Mom. She enjoyed it very much. Now if we could upgrade her to a 9mm or a .45 so she can get her CHL. :D

I think I posted something similar in another thread to you...

They (Charles) is having another class (Tactical Home Defense type class) I think on the second Saturday in November...

$50...I can vouch that it'll be worth it...

Like I said, they are not the greatest because I couldn't really get the proper angle. I'm still a noob in this photography business. I've picked some of the best ones to post on here. lol

As the Scriptures tell us, no man is a profit in his own town (home either!). For years I had told Martha that a great way to develop a fast and smooth trigger pull was to "shoot" at characters on the TV. You'd be amazed how quickly they change in a TV screen. She never listened, until one day Clint Smith talked about dry practicing at home during a TR class. She turned to me and said, "that's an excellent idea." I just looked at her. :?

I'm glad Angel enjoyed it and hope she comes back to shoot with us. I'll be happy to have her come to our informal practice sessions some time. Marc and I try to shoot on Sunday afternoons, after church activities are over.

I've changed this from a Sticky to a regular post, so it will work its way down the page.

Thanks for coming and I'm glad you folks had a good time!
