You can get the HD7 for about $189 from Amazon and other sources:

edit: If you prefer a lower profile than the HD7, you can go for their M7. Street price is about the same.

Gaaahhh!! You mean I have to dive into more YouTube Review videos tonight. You guys don't make this easy, at all. My husband has issues with the lens diameter, and the HD7 seems to have more than the SPARC. I am in YouTube red dot vs retical overload. :headscratch
I know how that goes, took me a long time to decide what to buy.

To help you shorten your search time, here is the review of the HD7 that sold me:

Truly appreciate you sending this... Both me and my time thank you considerably. LOL! :thumbs2:

Yeah... I am looking for 2 optics for 2 Carbines, both matching in brand.

I just ordered my Lucid HD7 , but they are waiting for stock so it might be a few weeks before I get it. $189
Actually putting this on my 15-22 rifle.

I have the Bushnell TRS-25 on my FS2000, and it is really great. No complaints. Just wanted something different. $99
I also considered the Aimpoint PRO, but that is a big bump up. $402
And the Ultimate choice was what TAM suggested, the Meprolight M21. $490

I have an older, slightly worn but rock solid M21 on my AR now.
Love. It. No batteries, always on. Still tempted to get one, heheh.

I would go with this as well. I have three PA Micros and all are 100%... batteries last a long time, they hold zero and are CHEAP for what you're getting.

I got a used Vortex Strikefire and it works well on my AR. I would prefer a crosshair reticle, so I am saving for an eotech currently

Eotech has a $60 mail in rebate on most of thier stuff. You could get a 512 for less than $300 can't beat that at all. I'm a Aimpoint man myself. Plus you sleep soundly knowing it will hold zero. Or order from Primary Arms and you can get a magnifier and swing mount for less than $350
