Visiting friends in Rowlett. They commented...ok..complained..they haven't been able to find any 9mm
Suggestions on where they should look for case quantities around there?

Online. I haven't seen ammo at the Rowlett or Rockwall walmart in over 9 months. They DO get it in stock from time to time but it goes pretty quickly.
You are better off keeping an eye on freedom munitions website. That's where I've gotten my last 1500 or so rounds of 9mm or .38

A week ago gander mountain in mesquite had 124gr and 115 WWB for range ammo and plenty 9mm other brands in stock. Go check them out near town east mall.
