I ordered a horshide belt from The Beltman (Jim) two weeks ago. He is very helpful. Call him and pick his brain. Lead time is three weeks now.

Thanks for all your help and inputs. I tried several of those mentioned, and decided on the 1911 45 AUTO GALCO N.S.A. PISTOL HOLSTER HORSEHIDE IWB. It feels the best next to OWB, but I am too self conscious of the barrel sticking out under my shirt when I raise my arms. It is study, and has great support. I have also realized how much difference a sturdy belt makes.

I carrier a kimber pro carry 2 in a OWB holster and just wear a shirt that is 1 size bigger tehn needed . and it works good with 2 spare mags in a holster on my left side.

when I get home I will get the kids to get a few pictures of my rig.

Roger that .300 Shooter. Me and the Wife went out shopping for clothes this weekend. Haley's Comet comes around more often than I go clothes shopping for myself, and I never try them on. I wore my .45 and tried on shirts in the dressing room and posed in all sorts of ways to see if I'd expose. I got a couple of those casting or fishing shirts (really comfortable, lightweight, and CCW friendly), and a couple of Hawaiian style shirts. I wear a large, but got the Large Tall or XL and this works pretty good. Wanted the Hawaiian shirt with the volcanos and the El Caminos with flames, but the Wife decided differently!

Got my Galco in today and it works great. Took the dogs for a walk and wore it with only a T-shirt. Sits at an angle and slants forward. Worn at the 4 o'clock, it is very comfortable. Thanks for the advice.
