4th Saturdays: Sunny St. Cafe, off I-20, Exit 415, Mikus Rd, Willow Park.

What is this jacket thing that folks are speaking of? The only jackets I know are worn over lead.

Does any one have one of these? I thought I read somewhere they had an outrageously hard trigger pull. I can't find the review but it was 12-14# maybe????
