I was in the Alvin Wally World (which sells guns...


I get to the ammo case and...WHAT THE...?!?!?!

A box of .40 S&W Winchester 100 rnd 165gr FMJ "Range" ammo has gone up over $5 and the 9mm up a comparable amount...

About a month ago the .40 was $27 and change now it's over $32 a box. When did this happen?!?

Not that I think this is the reason BUT...
I would surmise if it gets too expensive to shoot this would deter a burgeoning portion of the gun friendly populous based it being cost prohibitive to enjoy the sport.
