The PF9 is a great gun, especially for the price. It fits nicely in the pocket, and after 500+ rounds, I've not had a single failure of any kind with it.PeteCamp wrote: BTW, I have a Ruger SR9C (9mm) and it is a very easy to conceal weapon. But I guess the king of small ones is the Kel Tec PF9. I carry mine a lot-even makes a great backup. Lots of people smirk about Kel Tecs who probably don't own one or have never shot one. Their loss. Good luck finding what you want.

Taurus PT709 "Slim" might fit your bill for Single Stack in 9mm. It's *at least* as ugly as any Glock, so you have that, too...
FWIW, IIRC, AFAIK, FTMP, IANAL. YMMV.

Re: Single Stack Glock
I got mine from Kyles Gun Shop online. Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet. They're pretty hard to find since they're brand new. Didn't know the G27 was out though.austinrealtor wrote:I didn't think the subcompact Gen 4 Glocks were out yet? Where did you find one?jeeperbryan wrote:Handle one of the new Gen 4 Glock 26s. I'd snap up a single stack Glock 9mm in a heartbeat.

Walther PPS. Having the choice of 6, 7, and 8 rd magazines is a bonus.
I'll quit carrying a gun when they make murder and armed robbery illegal

I bought and sold a PPS in 9mm it was bigger than the PF9 and smaller than a Glock but not a pocket gun.RHenriksen wrote:Walther PPS. Having the choice of 6, 7, and 8 rd magazines is a bonus.

Sig P239 is a nice single-9mm. Out of the 600 or so rounds I've fired out of it, never a failure.

This USED one sold in Florida recently Glock 26 Gen 4 with brand new Meprolight night sights. Original glock sights also included. Price WAS $475
(Wasn't "on the market" long, got snatched up fast.)

Walther PPS
Kahr CW9
Both are good pistols, both similar in design. The Walther uses the Glock triggers and safeties, where the Kahr is a DAO only trigger (a very nice one). The PPS is more pricey.
I have owned both, but carry a G36 daily.

Really? So, what did they do with all that space in the G19 magazine from 1994-2004? Nothing?shootthesheet wrote:No, cause Glock does not make a single stack 9mm handgun.C-dub wrote:Are there mags from the 10 round ban period in 9mm that are single stack for the Glocks?

Re: Single Stack Glock
They changed the magazines internally to only hold 10 rounds. The guns were not changed, they are still double-stack guns that accept double stack magazines.Really? So, what did they do with all that space in the G19 magazine from 1994-2004? Nothing?
