Another $100 and he can get a S&W Sigma. A Sigma is nothing to write home about, but better than a Hi-Point.

I own a Hi Point 9mm. I had some problems with stove pipes at first. I sent it back to the factory, they polished the ramp feed and replaced some springs. They enclosed 2 new magazines for my problems when they returned the pistol. It took 100 rounds down the tube to break it in. It hasn't FTF since then. The warranty and customer service is excellent. I would recommend one. :txflag:
