No, no I didn't. I understand them to be covered by Texas Occupations Code, chapter 1702 (specifically, §1702.323, Section (d)). What I fail to see is how that correlates to CHL's? It is not impersonation as a security guard is covered under this statute. Are CHL licensees (who are not sec. guards) somehow covered under this? I don't think so...
To somehow tie this to CHL licensees is the point I am missing. How does the fact private security can carry under 1702 tie in to CHL's?
