Re: WHERE IS STEPHEN CAMP?
Good question. It wasn't that long ago that he last posted.

I didn't understand at first, but went to look for his section and saw that it is no longer there.

Re: WHERE IS STEPHEN CAMP?
Hello. I am still around, but "Camp's Corner" may or may not be. This was due to a misunderstanding on my part. An assumption on my part was in error and a result was "Camp's Corner" being removed as per my request. By the time, the true nature of a private misunderstanding was learned, that section was gone. It may or may not be retrieveable. My technical "computer ability" is such that I flat don't know!
I really don't see that as any sort of issue. My posts are almost always firearm or ammunition-related. Such threads can still be posted here but under "General Gun, Shooting & Equipment", or other appropriate section.
Best.

Re: WHERE IS STEPHEN CAMP?
Over the years I've also learned much from Mr. Camp. And I have a Browning Highpower that I bought from somebody on the web, Wideners or one of those folks, in around 2001 - 2002 because of a "heads-up" Mr Camp posted on a forum, might have been fnhighpower.com - it is a superb pistol and was a super deal; beat-up appearing pistol that was as-new inside (obviously carried much, shot very little), two extra mags, and a leather IWB holster. Every time I see Mr. Camp's name I think of that Highpower and thank him quietly.

I will be looking forward to reading more of your insight. I was especially impressed with your review of the SW 642....helped me make my decision to purchase one myself. Thanks for the excellent work, and your reviews and opinions are appreciated.Stephen A. Camp wrote:Hello. I am still around, but "Camp's Corner" may or may not be. Re: WHERE IS STEPHEN CAMP?
I, for at least one, truly hope that Camp's Corner gets returned to the forum. The wealth and depth of knwledge shared there has been a tremendous resource.
Having his evaluations and comments grouped into a single section was VERY helpful. In fact, I recently began reviewing his comments regarding Corbon DPX ammo for 9mm. I have some for my Glock 30 in 45ACP but since one of my daughters just got her CHL and she has a light, short barrelled 9mm, I wanted to return to some posts which I had not, other than for general interest, needed at the time they were originally posted. It was a very simple matter to go back and review Stephen's more closely, or at least it would have been. I know, I know, I could search but....
I want Camp's Corner back.
In any case, thank you Mr. Camp

I can't tell you how many late nights I've spent browsing through
