I'm not sure if it has been posted yet but http://www.ammoengine.com is the best ammo search engine I've found so far for those of you who haven't tried it yet.

I found the 250 round Mega Pack ammo at the Walmart in Deming, NM today.

9mm was $52.97, .40 was $60.97, .45 was $86.97.

I haven't seen these Mega Packs in quite a while. I didn't buy any since I already have 600 rounds of 9mm and don't own any .40 or .45 guns.

No other caliber ammo was available except .22.

I did not see Ammotogo when searching 9mm prices yet they have ammo that should apply. After looking at most other sites, most are out of stock on range grade ammo or its 30 year old corrosive stuff. These search engines use the links for profit (click thru marketing)

I just go to Academy, Ammotogo and Wal-Mart would be mast last choice :patriot:

Just got back from Cheaper Than Dirt. They have plenty of 380 ammo if any one is looking for it. WWB 50 rds for 29.97. They must have had a couple hundred boxes.

For those of you that really need 380 check out http://www.natchezss.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; they have 380 for 19.99 a box and shipping is only a couple of days via ups. They even have some defense ammo in 380 sometimes in stock.

Anyone who has it locally seems to want 29.99 and up. I am also suspecting a certain local gun store is buying up wal-mart ammo in Plano. The boxes on their shelf looks similar to what the local Walmart stocks. :mad5

This is the only way I been reliably able to get 380 is to order online. I did find 2 boxes at Academy in Plano about a month ago. Haven't seen it since.

I just ordered the limit of 5 boxes of Independence .380 ammo from Natchez SS. Got the confirmation email immediately. We shall see how long it takes to get to Mesquite from Chattanooga. Thanks for the information.

I was able to get 2 boxes over the weekend of 380 at Academy in West Plano along the toll road. They had a limit of 2 boxes at the time for 14.99 (it was monarch brass but it goes bang). Academy has been the best place for me to find most of the other calibers locally when I need 9mm 40s&w and 45.

Natchess still has 380 in stock and it's not way overpriced so that might be a good sign of things to come. Mine came in 3 days from the time I ordered to my doorstep.

That's good news tiger1873, for .380 shooters! Looks like things are slowly easing up.

Like you, when ever I go to my local Wal-Mart 9mm, .40, .38 special & .45 are in pretty good supply. .22 in overstock situation.

It's a good omen I tell ya!

Dick's Sporting Goods - Cedar Hill had WWB $20.99. Academy in Conroe had WWB and Monarch. I can't remember the WWB price but Monarch was $14.97 both in good supply at 6PM Tuesday.

Just left Academy on 1960 in Humble. They had WWB 380, 12 boxes left. I picked up 2 for $45.41. He said its the first they have gotten in. Must be my lucky day. :anamatedbanana
