Birthday present from the family!!!

#1

Post by tex45acp »

My birthday was on Saturday 8/26 and on Friday, one of my sons asked me to go by the gunstore I do business with and pick up some ammunition for him. Whe I arrived the owner instead stuck the federal papers for buying a gun in front of me and said, "Just fill them out and don't ask questions". I did and then my family came from the back to see me open a nicely wrapped box with this in it. A Ruger Super Redhawk Alaskan in .44mag.

I found the holster in a used holster box there and paid a whopping $5 for it. Fits just fine for field carry.

Wow, beautiful gun and nice picture! Are you going to attend the PSC forum day? I would love to shoot that gun....

I slobber over them each time I get a gun mag in the mail...very nice. Take care.

Happy birthday! That's a really nice birthday gift.

The NRA & TSRA are a bargain; they're much cheaper than the cold, dead hands experience.

Wow nice gift and nice family you got there.

I wonder how much would it kick. A .44mag snubby...yikes....

But the gun is very sharp looking though.
