Interesting trip itinerary...

My Dad Called from Pueblo, Colorado while attending a "Little-Britches" rodeo final my niece is participating in...They'll be there for a few day for the event, and then work their way back to Texas...

Of course all the while carrying under the reciprical agreements we have with Colorado, Oklahoma and Kansas???

When he said that, I about did a flip...

I told him of course he should have checked before heading out, but I figure he has the ability to keep "it" legal if he unloads and locks it up while traveling through...

He does want to stop in Dodge City though...Ironical if you ask me...But thats beside the point...Since he's retired I suppose he can do anything he wants...hehehe

Anyway, with all that is going on, and the trend in our RKBA being somewhat respected in certain circles...We cannot rest on our laurels...

Kansas has sure been one of those speedbumps we must hope to have an impact on during this more favorable time in the fight...

I sure am one to work with the legislators in our state to continue this trend and put folks in there who will be active in the fight...

I also had an interesting discussion lately with someone who asked me what I think is the reward(s) for mine and others efforts in regards to this issue...

By nature, I am not a selfish or assumptive person...So I could only tell him that the reward(s) are not for me, but for others who can benefit from others work, and maybe my small part in the battle...
