Arma Laser never again

#1

Post by JamesH »

After ordering two arma laser sets with a nemesis holster on 5/ I get an e-mail saying my order shipped 5/6 with tracking info. Well as of 5/11 UPS still does not show item being shipped only billing notice. After two phone messages, one e-mail and one from filled out on their contact I get a reply on 5/13.
“check the tracking number again” that’s it I did it was shipped on the 12th.
Package arrives on the 14th in a very poorly packed box not even taped shut. Then the surprise only one holster and one laser the invoice showed two shipped and paid for. The box was too small to fit both laser boxes so I know one did not fall out. Great now I have to try their customer service again. Which means leave a message.
Box label shows 1 of 1
I like my crimson trace grip on my 1911 even more now.

I had "issues" with the ArmaLaser company too. They tell me product shipped, nothing comes in. Call to let them know and they sent out a new one. Open it and it is missing the lower frame pin. Call them and they ship me a pin and 8 extra batteries. I love the ArmaLaser but getting it in the mail was a pain. It is dead on accurate on my Ruger LCP though. And I carry in my rear pocket and it keeps its aim even after my 235 lb butt sits on it all day. I think ou will be happy once you try it.

Good Luck.

Update tell are sending another one today.
Doug, I'm sure I'll like them they are for my wife and son both also CHL holders.
I find the trigger guard tight with my large fingers even to the point of pressing in the trigger some just to get it in.
But my wife and son have smaller fingers.
