Need SKS stuff

#1

Post by Diode »

Calling all SKS guru's! I need the little spring that fits in the stock under the trigger assembly. Actually what it's called would help a lot so I can search for one. I found a listing for a "Latch Spring" which sould like a good name for it but I can verify it anywhere......

Thanks guys!

Yeah thanks though. You can see the spring in the pictures but it does not mention it because there is no need ot remove it from the stock. :???:

Still looking...someone's gotta have one. Surely not everyone ordered that lil' spring at the same time!

Numrich lists the item but says they are out of stock. I'll keep looking.

Diode, check it out, part no. - SKS-030...

http://www.marstar.ca/skscarbines.htm

Doesn't say out of stock anywhere, but this place is in Canada. May be worth a phone call or email.

I'll keep looking for a US supplier.

Try http://www.sksman.com

If it's not listed on the website send them an email and ask if they have the part.

Thanks!, that's a good idea. Thanks J and DW! I am going to send an e-mail to all the SKS suppliers and see who might have one!
