I dont think it was a special Glock. I believe it was a standard firearm, I could be wrong but I think their plan was to fire a normal gun. They did mention it will only fire once because the casing wont eject properly.

gigag...

Go see Dr. Adair in the physics dept and get him to remind you that the bullet falling back is limited in it's speed by the pull of gravity, so it would not pass the origin at the same velocity as it was fired, even in a vacuum.
