Any S&W revolver experts out there?

I have an in-law that is looking at a collectable smith and asked me what I thought it was worth. So far I have exhausted my resources and thought I would ask here to see if anyone might have some information.

Here is the description:

N frame, 6" barrel, nickel, Buckland Kansas centennial 1886-1986, 1 of 10 made, .44-40.

I know its obscure at best, but he likes the looks of it and if anyone could help I would appreciate it.

The S & W Forum is a great forum. The only problem is, I can't register. I get a auto generated message that I have been banned from the site. I don't know how I got banned since I've never been able to register. I think my browser or something is not strong enough. I've emailed them sevareal times but they don't bother to answer. We have two computers, one being fairly new but can't register with either. Anyway good luck it's a great site if you can get in.
