DEA Agent Self Inflicted Gun Shot

Everyone has probably seen the vido of the DEA agent who shoots himself.

But, now he sues DEA for release of the film showing the blunder. I am still considering a lawsuit against McDonald's for Super Sizing me :rolll

The Agent and his attorney were on the Orielly Factor the other night explaining their lawsuit against the DEA for releasing the video.

He files suit based upon allegations that he has been damaged by publicity, then he goes on a major news outlet to talk about it. :headscratch I'm not sure I would have let my client do that, much less appear on TV with him! :smilelol5:
