I have been trying to get in tonight and I get a Warning that its not found.

I've tried to get to their site a couple of times today, and keep getting "connection refused", so it's not just you.

It went down in the wee hours last night, while I was in the middle of replying to something.

It's just more of the same for PDO. Happens briefly a couple of times a week, and for 1-3 days a couple of times a month.
