First piece of advice - get a handgun! It's real hard to conceal a shotgun.

Mine conceals nicely under the back seat of my pickup.llwatson wrote:It's real hard to conceal a shotgun.
But that doesn't exactly make for a quick draw, so I also have a handgun somewhat more accessible

Kyler
Age: 23
Occupation: College Student (studying Theatrical Production and Technology), hard flooring specialist (wood, stone, tile, etc.), web designer, carpenter, jack of all trades...
I currently own a Ruger KP95PR (stainless slide, manual safety, 15+1 mag) but I'm looking into other, slimmer, guns for carry that are friendly for lefties and priced for the budget of a college student.
No CHL yet... I've saved up the money, now I'm trying to find time between going to school full-time and a 40hr work week to take the course.
Born a bit north of Texas... but I got here as fast as I could.
