Add nights sights to a Kimber

I've heard this is near impossible since the sights are usually sweated on, but kimber will do it for a reasonable fee.

Do you guys think this is worth it? or should I just sell and get a model with night sights on it. I want a better sight for my kimber ultra carry II.
