That looks like a nice vest. It's pricey though. One thing you'd want to check before ordering is the actual length. Depending on individual build, some of these vests are too short to conceal a full size gun in an OWB holster.
I am scared of empty guns and keep mine loaded at all times. The family knows the guns are loaded and treats them with respect. Loaded guns cause few accidents; empty guns kill people every year. -Elmer Keith. 1961

Personally, I'd go with someone who manufactures these things specifically for CCW, but these do look nice. Your first post implies that they are only advertised for iPods, etc., but look:
"Classic Vest 4.0
Whether you need a cargo vest, concealed carry vest, or just a way to carry and use your iPod®, SeV’s Classic Vest is the ideal solution, providing the storage capacity of a traditional cargo vest without the geeky fishing vest look. The stylish, discrete exterior conceals an amazing array of hidden product features, including 29 strategically located pockets and compartments, our patented Personal Area Network (PAN) wire management system, a Detachable Cargo Cache™ for carrying handguns or other large items, magnetic pocket closures and even the ability to accommodate a Camelbak® hydration system.
No matter how you use your Classic Vest (as a travel vest, a concealed carry solution, or an everyday layer for carrying personal electronic devices and gadgets), comfort is important. So we used an incredibly soft yet durable cotton blend for the exterior fabric (Teflon®-treated for water and stain resistance) and highly breathable Coolmax® for the inner lining. We even lined the main pockets and chin guard with skin-friendly microfleece. Try SeV’s Classic Vest today and see why it’s a clear industry leader."

Click on the "Features" tab for that vest. At least two of the features are specific for carrying "bulky items", and one says it has velcro for attaching "a holster".
I have to say, it's very refreshing to see a company come out like this and advertise what could be just a niche item, to the concealed carry crowd too.
If it wasn't so pricey, this would be on my wish list.
