Yep, Andrew can be a tough rascal to get a hold of, but he really is a good guy. He will also stand behind his work if necessary (no trouble with my rigs though).
You have to call him in the middle of the night to reach him (that's when he's up and about). I spoke with him for the first time this past July, prior to ordering my first holster, but I had to call at 1:30 a.m. to catch him.
