I guess thats average for Houston?
Papasito's charges $4.95 for a taco, Taco Bell charges $1.00. Papasito's is always packed with a wait.

Mac does not need to defend his prices. If he provides a quality service and facility, people will have a positive experience and will return. If the experience is not worth the price, people will not return. Mac will know soon if he has priced his product appropriately.

Personally, I'm very glad he is there. He is very close to my home and the convenience of his location adds value for me.

Mac, I wish you the very best of luck!

Nice Range!

I went out today and really enjoyed the range and the folks there. The range is first class and a very comfortable atmosphere. The target system is a touch fast though and takes some getting used to. I will certainly return soon.

Maybe we need a TXCHL Forum group meet-and-shoot at Shiloh sometime soon?

No kidding. I put the target on and hit the button and I think the target was out to 45 ft before I realized it went that fast and released the switch. :smilelol5: :smilelol5:

I agree. Do we want a weekday evening, or the weekend. Weekends are pretty heavily scheduled for me right now, but I don't want this scheduled around my calendar.

Yeah that target rack really moves and takes some getting used to.
I was there wednesday and put a few round down range with a friend of
mine who after was getting his chl renewal there after we were done .
I dont think the prices are out of line after all you can bring as many guns
to shoot as you can carry.
I agree with Skippr we should have a get together for all of us up on
the northwest side.

The folks over at shiloh are good guys, I like the atmosphere and service they offer. And they are close to me, that's another plus. Anyone got any info about their lunch special? That would really work for me

Oh, and count me in for the bbq

The lunch special is the 10mm chopped steak and a 45 salad with a
Hoppes 9 dressing and some creamed 9mm on the side.

Meet and greet at Shiloh

#56

Post by ShilohShooters »

We welcome everyone out to Shiloh for a meet and greet! That is a great idea. Just give us a date and time preference and we will see what we can do about closing off half the range for forum members!
Target hangers are not targets.

I dropped by the Shiloh Shooting Range on Sunday after being down at JSC for a balloon festival. They have a really nice place and the folks are VERY friendly. They are still building some of their inventory, but are definately heading in the right direction for good quality stuff and a nice facility for shooting and training.

I would highly reccomend getting out there if you get the chance. It will be a great place to go. The only negative about the place is it is about 250 miles from ME!
