tactical clothing
The weather is getting cooler, any suggestions for tactical clothing, ie. websites, jackets good for concealment.

Woolrich has some great clothing for all seasons.
My favorite carry jacket is made by Pacific Trail. The inner cell phone pocket is ideal for that extra magazine.

I noticed that Propper, the people who make good BDUs that you find at the army navy stores are now making a tactical pant. They look a bit more stylish than BDUs and are less than $30 a pair. Much cheaper than some other tactical gear.
I've found Propper's stuff to be comfortable and last a long time. I wear BDUs to work and am pretty rough on any clothing. I can rip a pair of jeans out in a couple of weeks, but the BDUs last several months. Anything other than the Propper brand is cheaply made and won't last.

I've always wanted a jacket or vest from http://coronadoleather.com/; they make some really nice looking stuff. So far I've not been able to justify the cost of the coat or jacket against the relatively short season I would have to wear it in south Texas, but one of these days...
I have generally avoided 5.11 stuff because it looks, well, "tactical." I don't want to look either like a wannabe SWAT commando or a guy who's carrying a gun. However, they do make a nice denim jacket with removable liner that doesn't look like a "tactical" jacket. It has some extra pockets and hidey-holes in it (like magazine pockets in the liner) and it is well made and durable.
A lot of people seem to like the vests from http://www.concealedcarry.com/. They have relatively plain looking vests, avoiding the tactical/photographer/fisherman look.
I did find some nice brush/hunting pants with the Browning logo at Sportsman's Warehouse. Several extra pockets, again without going overboard and looking too obvious.
I also have found the painter/carpenter pants to be handy for casual dress. The narrow pocket on the left rear thigh is a handy place to stash a spare double-stack magazine. Not quite as fast as a drawing a mag from a belt, but it hides nicely, and is one less item I am trying to carry on my belt along with the gun, the phone, the pager, etc.
