I'll consider a smart gun when:
-biometric safes no longer require a backup key
-my iPhone no longer needs a manually entered pin when my hands are wet
-cars are sold with no defects requiring recall
-computers no longer need a reboot key sequence such as Ctrl, alt, del
-bluetooth devices always pair reliably
-overpriced office printer/copiers don't fuel rage in users
-most importantly-There is no need to ever, under any circumstance, purchase an extended warranty for anything!

Cheers

If I need a gun, it's likely several things have already gone wrong to get to that point. In that situation, I don't want to have to worry about presenting my firearm and seeing the amber Check Weapon light illuminated.
