I just ordered some .44 Mag SWC and .223 60gr PSP. Both were "available so I'll see how long it takes to receive them. For some reason it wouldn't recognize my password, so I had to reset it.

Great. I'll look forward to seeing my notification no later than Monday, then. My only concern with the delay was that I absolutely want to be certain someone is at home to receive the shipment, and when it didn't happen within their typical timeframes I started watching "My Account" on their website to see when it changed from "pending." Remind anyone of a certain license application?

Well, a tiny bit disappointed. Turns out my order was packed on July 13, UPS picked it up on the 14th, and UPS is showing delivery scheduled for Tuesday. But Freedom never sent me a notification email.

Not a big deal because, obviously, I can find the info myself. But on an order that shipped 22 days after it was placed, you'd think they'd let me know.

Good to read other posts as I've expected shipment by now. I've made good use of the free shipping first order. Fortunately don't need any ammo right now but certainly looking forward to getting it.

My last order of .44 Mag "Leadville" variant. Shipped and was received in less than two weeks in July.

It may have been the .223 that slowed things down for you.

Very well could be. I don't ordinarily buy .223 SP, but I sometimes take an AR when I visit my daughter and they don't allow FMJ at the range nearby. I purchased ammo from them several times in the past, but they treated this order as a new customer and even sent me a code for first order free shipping AFTER I place the order.

Just an FYI for those near the Jersey Village area of northwest Houston, Freedom Munitions is having a 10%-off sale on everything in stock at it's brick-and-mortar store. This is their response to the tax-free weekend starting tomorrow. But I won't sneeze at a blanket 10% discount. The fine print:
Limited Offer: The discounts above only good for the retail location in Houston. This special is not valid at any online stores or other retail locations. Supplies are limited, sale starts From 10:00 AM CST Thursday Aug 4th until 4:00 PM CST on Saturday Aug 6th. Freedom Munitions reserves the right to limit quantities and/or withdraw or change this offer at any time without notice. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discounts.
The address is 17482-B Northwest Freeway, Houston, TX 77040. If you haven't been there before, it's at the northeast corner of 290 and Jones Road, right behind the Harbor Freight Tools store. Link to Google Maps.

That's generally in my neck of the woods, so I plan to drop by today or tomorrow. We need a Texas CHL Forum cap or T-shirt so we can spot other Forum members at places like this. ;-)

It seems that their shipping issues have not gotten any better. I ordered 1000 rounds of 5.56 almost two weeks ago. I called a few days ago and they reassured me that they were not back-ordered and were in stock, but they just haven't gotten to my order yet. I have yet to receive any other communication since my order was confirmed from Freedom.

I've never had to wait that long for shipping. Not good. I wonder if they've increased in popularity faster than they can produce the ammo? They used to be pretty good about showing what was in stock and what wasn't.
