That actually sounds pretty cool. Especially since it still retains an option to quickly return to mechanical mode. If they are in the $500.00 range that would be a good price point, as that is where Fostech is with there 2 shot trigger, although theirs is nothing as fancy as this. I guess until I find out the price i'll have to stick with my antique trigger.

I wonder if the ATF wouldn't look at the PR function and say "that's a burst mode"

I believe your right. This is why I would love to have this, but don't want anyone else too. :biggrinjester: I trust myself to be safe.

:iagree: I believe it opens up the can of worms of turning your Modern Sporting Rifle into an Assault Rifle.

Plus since it is digital what guarantee is there that the software can't be modified to allow full bursts or full auto?

One shot for the pull, one shot for the release. The NFA refers to multiple shots for each pull, so.......?

The ugly question of "battery life" arises.

I'd like to see a safer design of those selector buttons. Too exposed to accidental pressing.

One caveat: in PR mode you can only fire even numbers of shots. Suppose you fire 3, then don't want to fire a 4th? You're holding down the trigger after the 3rd shot. There needs to be some kind of decocker-type device.

It will sell like hotcakes if it's cheap enough. Hopefully it won't be a "luxury toy" like Gen 3 night vision, suppressors, etc. Regardless, if ATF bans these, these guys will go bankrupt. Otherwise, they'll be billionaires.

I can just see the ATF offices... "Hey everybody!! Conference room in 5 minutes!!"

I think it depends greatly on who is running the ATF for President Trump.

He said if you don't want to fire the release shot then just hold trigger for an additional 6 seconds.

I guess if you're wanting to be like Jerry Miculek without spending countless thousands of rounds of ammo, this is a good way to approach that.
