As for the title of the thread I don't belive there is such a thing.
In fact, if I someday win the lottery, my new house will have an area bigger than my present house for nothing going but gun and ammo storage. But for now I have to figure out a way to sneak in a larger safe.
My ammo and AR get stored in the safe with dads. I only get 1 shelf (why don't we have a crying face to put here?) So I totally get the space limitations. My pistols, I only have 2...so far...almost never go in the safe.
Right now she only has one handgun, it only goes in the safe if we are going out of town. I could get a few more handguns in there but no more long guns.
Yeah she is more interested in orange vegetable rated shiny rock trinkets. http://www.texaschlforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=87&t=83635

I store all cases in my closet. I do not have any "safe queens." If I don't shoot them ever so often I try and find them a good home.
I have several of the pistol racks below for my two safes.

Re: Too many guns?
As I stated a long time ago, when we did some remodeling, we had a safe room installed. It is 8'x10' and has shelving for our weapons. However, now that Mrs. RPBrown has started collecting guns also, I may need to add a separate room.
We also have bio metric one gun safes hidden around the house with 1 gun in each of them. Not Paranoid, prepared

Re: Too many guns?
That's a really good idea. We have weapons strategically as well but they are not in safes. To be fair tho everyone in the house is an LTC holder and all weapons are stored in the same way. The only time this changes is when my niece & nephew visit at which point anything not on a body goes into the safe.RPBrown wrote:As I stated a long time ago, when we did some remodeling, we had a safe room installed. All jokes aside, other than needing more ammo (that stuff is expensive!) I'm totally prepared for the zombie apacolypse. Weapons Vehicles and German Shepherd (and husky) all ready to go!Skiprr wrote:There are few you may want to take into the zombie apocalypse with you.TexasTornado wrote:Wasn't joking lol Jusme explained what he meant tho. Re: Too many guns?
I've been mulling this over the past couple of days and am coming around to something this instead of those under the shelf rod things. I might even try my hand at a home made one of wood. Although, I still like the idea of incorporating some sort of rod. There's one or two ideas floating around my head that I might try.carlson1 wrote:I store all cases in my closet.
