my oldest daughter is 4 and santa is bringing her this for Christmas...

she wants a pink AR-15, but i think i should probably start out slow. :D

my only problem is i want to get her a rifle case for it when we go shooting, but i can't find anything smaller than a full-size case.

Might I suggest one of the slip-in cloth cases? If anyone of your acquaintance has even rudimentary sewing skills, it's no problem to scale it down for her youth rifle.

And congratulations on having a girl who dreams big! :D

Two years ago, I bought my wife a very clean EG Makarov for Christmas. When we went to the range, our daughter (who turned 14 that Christmas day), insisted she wanted one "just like Momma's, only purple!"

I'm thinking one of those blue anodized Taurus revolvers is in her future. :lol:
