Out of State ID
I just want to be certain that what I believe is correct (too late to call ATF). A person moves to Texas from Colorado and does not get a new ID in Texas. Said person wants to purchase a rifle, using the Colorado ID in Texas. I believe that as the address on the ID does not match the actual address, the purchase cannot proceed. Can someone verify that for me. Also can out of state customers purchase rifles face to face in Texas? Border states only or any state? Thanks in advance for some clarification...
Re: Out of State ID
A non resident can purchase a long gun in person from a dealer at their business location if the law in both states allow it.

Re: Out of State ID
Seems to me the address on the identification should match the address on the form 4473.
