Most likely not. HeartBleed exploits a security hole in SSL encryption, which is about websites whose address begins with "https://" and not "http://", so this website is not at risk, although the server which hosts it could be. However, that would not affect this website, and it won't affect you. if you want to see an easy cartoon explanation of how HeartBleed works, look at this one from XKCD:
