Why is the time on the forum 1 hour behind actual Texas time?
Is it due to the time change a few weeks ago and it hasn't been changed? or some other reason?
Also, when you get a PM and an email it shows to be an hour before the actual time of day.

You need to go into your personal profile and check the box for daylight savings time.

Under your user control panel under board preferences make sure that for "Summer Time/DST is in effect:" you have "Yes" selected. I just had to make that update myself.
