Email feature activated

When I upgraded the board software, I didn't realize the default setting for the email feature was "deactivated." As site admin, I was able to use this feature, so I thought everyone could.
The email feature has been activated so everyone should see an "email" button option along with the PM option for each poster. I have tested this with a non-admin. logon and it works, but if anyone cannot see the email button let me know.
This was actually pointed out to me by a member several weeks ago, but I was too busy to figure out what had happened. (Of course, I forgot about it later.
