Why am I being logged out?

I don't know why this is happening. The last few days, when I log in and read posts, I will only stay logged in for a short time. If I want to post, I have to keep logging back in. What's up?

Try manually deleting your cookies and then log back in and see if the issue goes away. You also may have an antivirus program that periodically deletes your browser cookies, it will cause this. You may want to see if there is an option to add the forum cookie to a list that does not get deleted.

I did delete the board cookies, thinking that may cause an issue, but to no avail.
I guess for the remainder of today, I will avoid my normal log in, and use this one, tomorrow morning, ill see if an admin responds hopefully with more info like "don't attempt log in for 24 hours" or "it is supposed to clear in "x" hours, or "no longer use that log in and keep using this new one" or something else.

In the mean time, anyone else have any suggestions, I'm all ears

something is screwing with your cookies on your machine.
Its nothing the admins can do.
Did you change your security settings ? Change Antivirus ?

nothing has changed on my laptop from the time i left for work at 0600 and returned home at 1600.
the only thing on the account I did was try to log in on my blackberry at 1200 to check a pm.
