CHL-16 coming soon?

They have 'grayed out' the CHL-16 link on the DPS CHL forms site. It says new form coming soon. :)
They have change the site for uploading CHL-8. One of the options is CHL-8 (Instructors only). If you select that, you get a chance to upload a class roster. If you select 'Other' like we used to, you do not get an option for uploading forms.
If you select 'Submit CHL supporting documents' you get a chance to upload scanned forms, DD-214, CHL-100, etc.

About the same number of pages but the file itself is smaller. Already sent it off to the printer to get an estimate.

The booklet order form is back online too. $5.00 each plus 8.25% tax. There is no mention of shipping charges so I guess they are included.

I am getting some printed, folded, and bound (2 staples). I am getting enough printed to reduce the cost...but I'll likely have too many. Don't know exact price yet but it looks like they'll be $2.25. I will likely have some to share if anyone wants some. I'm looking into cheap shipping methods. I post back with exact price once I have it.
