What address do you guys give your students for mailing in their CHL-100 and other documentation?

I've been giving manila envelopes with the address:

REGULATORY LICENSING SERVICE MSC 0245
TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY
PO BOX 15888
AUSTIN, TX 78761-5888

But a student just called me and said the online information gave a different address. I suggested he follow the online instructions, but now I wonder for those of you that give out envelopes, what address you use.

If memory serves, there were two different mailing addresses, depending whether payment was enclosed or the applicant already paid online.

Makes sense -- any idea which is what?

I've been labeling envelopes with:

Texas Department of Public Safety
Concealed Handgun Licensing Bureau, MSC 0245
PO Box 4087
Austin, TX 78773-0245

The last time I checked a student checklist, they matched.

I've been using:

PO BOX 15888
Austin TX 78761-5888


And they have always received it. However I have had student tell me the same thing. I can't verify that the one online is correct or not but I do know the student that have used the above address their packets have been received.
