I just found out that Range Registration is no longer required through the D.P.S. CHL group!!
They have taken that form off the Downloadable form site.
I'm about 2 weeks away from having my range complete and I was looking at the D.P.S. download forms page and it is no longer required,
plus on the new CHL-100 form, it no longer asks for the Range number!!

Re: Range Registration
Me too. That means even though my paperwork is in the Austin on the range that I wont get a #.
Carry 24-7 or guess right.

Re: Range Registration
That is crazy! I just downloaded that form last week!
I HATE it that DPS never tells instructors anything in advance, and we just find out when we find out.
