Do we have to charge sales tax for CHL classes?

I don't have the answer, but I do know that things like flight training are tax exempt. I would be inclined to say that a CHL class would be similar. Gives you a place to start searching at least.

NO, it's a service with no material or supplies.

but I am sure this will change.
