Might this have been a lawyer of the female persuasion?

this is an issue in the dps instructor classes. Most of the presenters handle it very well but one of the administrative staff was nasty enough about it to get unfavorable evaluation comments from the class. this person was more authoritarian and less diplomatic than the sworn officers who know when to turn on the "command presence" and when to stay in the "adult to adult" mode.[/quote]

naw, she's gone now. Actually this was a female non-lawyer with black hair and carrying between fifty and seventy five pounds of superfluous adipose.

Made the lawyer lady look like Mother Teresa

Yea, I think I know that one.

Back in 2003 after she had just about concluded her dog and pony show on "changes", I raised my hand and pointed out that I believed the "6-month residency requirement" she had just covered had essentially been eliminated. She had to turn around and confer with those behind her and then made the correction. And this was at renewal school - where I thought we were there for "updates" ... ;-)
