CHL 100 Instructions vs New CHL 100

On the instructions on filling out the CHL-100 under "required information" it lists "Location where the classroom instruction occurred. This may be a business address or a 911 address if the training did not occur at a place of business. " yet the new CHL-100, under the Classroom Training section no longer has a place to put this information. The old 100 had two address fields. The range address information is still there on the new one but the classroom address has been removed.

Where are you putting the classroom address info?

The new CHL-100 has that instruction deleted from the form. It looks like the new form is not up on the website yet, but it was handed out to us in the renewal class on 11/18.

To be clear - as per the instructor renewal class of 11/18, they do NOT need the classroom location.
