Thanks for clearing that up! That's what I thought, but it looked like a couple of people above mentioned mailing in the CHL-100s.
I appreciate the info!

To answer a point of the original question, I also was told that we no longer needed to send in the CHL-7. I also have started up again having seen the many posts concerning it.

Re: CHL-7 Class Notification---DPS Audit
We were told in class at the beginning of the month that we did need to send in the CHL-7's but that if we were a little late on sending that it wasn't the end of the world just don't make it a habit. I sent one of mine in on the day after the class due to connectivity problems here. All was ok. We were also told that for our records the only thing we needed to keep was our CHL-8's as that form has the class dates, pass/fail, student name & DL#'s. I'm anal so I keep all the forms on file just to make sure the auditors are happy. We are not required or advised to send in the CHL-100's as the students will do that..

Re: CHL-7 Class Notification---DPS Audit
Per the advice of an instructor that my better half met at the range, my husband scans a copy of his students drivers license or state ID, and keeps it with the class documents. (Were you in the class where the Canadian guy who was flipping out over the pledge was thrown out?)
