Yup! My guess is that they all do. But mine does at any rate.
Application: received
Background check: under review
Certificate : Issuance pending completion of application review and/or instructor's training

all have ex-points
Range Rule: "The front gate lock is not an acceptable target."

Mine is the same way , I emailed them the other day , got a reponse as follows...

Seems that you done everything that it supposed to be done so far with regards of instructor renewal process. The instructor desk awaits for a management decision with regards of proficiency/range part to see if the instructor will need to shoot or not. When that it’ll be made the instructors will be notified by the department.

Thank you

I talked to Marion Stahl last week.I was told to take the written test online, and the range qualification for Instructor renewal would be done every other time you renewed,I assume every 4 years. You still must pay your Instructor renewal fee and take online test each 2 years.

I wouldn't expect there to be any changes until they decide what to do about the shooting requirements-- and announce it to everyone.

It appears the decision has been made, so why not issue the new certificates? :headscratch

I know, I just don't like loose ends. Teaching CHL classes has become a huge part of my business, I'd just like to keep it that way. :patriot:

My guess is that your favorite saying as a kid was: "Are we there yet?"

(Just teasing!) :cheers2:

LOL Maybe, but I think my favorite was "Oh Oh DAIRY QUEEN!" One in every town. I used to stop at dang near every one of them. Loved those dipped cones.
