WA: LEO leaves rifle on trunk of car

#1

Post by seamusTX »

In Seattle today a police officer reportedly left an AR-15 unattended on the trunk of a marked patrol car. A citizen notified other officers.

A police spokesman said the incident would be investigated.

The rifle was "on the trunk lid" and the cruiser was unattended. Not a great day for that officer.

Seems to be a problem in the state of Washington.

Remember this?

Once upon a time...

On a planet far, far, away...

You ain't gonna beleve this, but...

I once sat a S&W M 19 on the off side running board, loaded up the rest of the gear, and generally tidyed up after myself. Then I drove home.

Luckily, the M 19 was still on the running board when I got home.

Occasionaly 'stupid' attacks just happen. Thats no excuse 'tho.

salty

EDIT: I don't even have the excuse of being distracted by lots of skin on a female that rests easy on the eyes.
